  When Steve, the youngest, got married, he moved into the family home. He more or less inherited the Leitheiser homestead after the other sons and daughters got married and moved away. In return, he tookc are of grandma Leitheiser, her unmarried brother John Neher, and Jean (until she went off to college and married Erv Lenz).
